PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cutter device preventing a failure by heat when cutting a sheet such as cloth by the ultrasonic cutter device. SOLUTION: A cutter body 22 comprising a transmitter 12, an oscillator 14 and a hone 16 is covered with a duct member 24, and air of ordinary temperature is sent from a blower 28 to a duct 26 formed by the cutter body 22 and the duct member 24 to air-cool it.
