PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel technology for allowing effective use of a space and allowing the arrangement of more machine tool assemblies with less area. SOLUTION: A combination of a base and a machine tool assembly is composed of the base 90, a first machine tool assembly 40 attached to the base 90 and provided at a work position, and a second machine tool assembly 40 attached to the base 90 and provided at a work position higher than the first machine tool assembly 40.
