PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily remove foreign matter such as micro dust excellently. SOLUTION: This environment cleaning apparatus is provided with a motor- driven suction fan 7 for sucking foreign matter together with air and serial two-stage underwater agitation type filtration parts 9, 11 for agitating the sucked air containing foreign matter under water to remove the foreign matter from the sucked air and discharging the air with the foreign matter removed. The parts 9, 11 are provided with liquid storage tanks 9a, 11a, a plurality of disk-shaped agitation members 9b, 11b the centers of which are positioned on the respective common axes 01, 02 extending vertically in the respective tanks 9a, 11a, which are separated from one another in the respective axial directions in a horizontal attitude and each of which has many water-permeable holes, a motor 9c and a train of gears 9d for rotating the members 9b, 11b around the respective axes 01, 02, and skirts 9f, 11c and cones 9g, 11d for guiding the air passing through the lower one of the respective members 9b, 11b to the upper one, respectively.
