<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine exhibiting an enough detergency without using a detergent. <P>SOLUTION: The washing machine has a washing tub 2 for washing, ion exchange means 14 accommodating cation-exchange resin arranged within a water supplying channel for supplying water to the washing tub 2, regenerating means 15 for regenerating the ion exchange means 14, and electrolysis means 16 for generating alkaline water and acidic water by electrolysing the water passing through the ion exchange means 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
