PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material having sufficient adhesive properties to a base material having a sufficient antireflection performance merely by a single antireflection film and made of a methylmethacrylate styrene copolymer resin or a polymethylmethacrylate resin. SOLUTION: A transparent base material comprises a cured film formed of a multifunctional radical polymerizable compound, a cationic polymerizable compound and a composition containing porous fine particles. As the multifunctional radical polymerizable compound, a compound having at least two (meth)acryloyloxy group in a molecule or its oligomer can be used. As the cationic polymerizable compound, an oxetane compound or an epoxy compound can be used. The fine particles are preferred to be silica fine particles, and a silica having a double structure with the coated surface or a composite oxide containing the silica is effective.
