PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip and a mounting structure for a bathtub apron in which positional deviation can be absorbed. SOLUTION: A female member 12 engaged with a slide member 14 capable of sliding to a rectangular hole 46 is fixed on a weir part 70, and a male member 16 capable of engaging with the female member 12 is fixed on the lower flange 74 of the apron 72. The apron 72 can cover the peripheral wall of a bathtub by turning the side of the lower flange 74 with the side of an upper flange 76 as a fulcrum and engaging an engagement piece 34 of the male member 16 with an engage part 52 of the slide member 14 but in the process in which the piece 34 is moved by turning and moving the apron 72, the piece 34 is moved a little downwards. Therefore, the slide member 14 is slid downwards to engage the piece 34 with the engage part 52 without applying an excessive load to the engage piece 34.
