PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medal dispensing machine in which the tip of a nozzle automatically moves to a position from which it throws a medal into a medal inlet and a position to which it withdraws from above the medal inlet. SOLUTION: A nozzle 6 is supported by a nozzle supporting section 5 freely rotating on a shaft nearly vertical to the front of the body 4 of a medal lending machine 2 as a rotating shaft, and a driving device rotating the nozzle supporting section 5 is made up of a nozzle supporting section rotating motor 25 and a small gear 26. The driving device is controlled with a control unit 15. Furthermore, by providing a limit switch at a position from which the tip of a nozzle 6 throws a medal into the medal inlet 7 and a position to which the tip of the nozzle 6 withdraws from above the medal inlet 7, the position of the tip of the nozzle 6 is detected.
