PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase in which upper end portions of respective side boards can be easily and properly positioned and a number of parts and a number of assembling processes can be reduced. SOLUTION: The upper end portions of the respective side boards 1b can be held spaced apart in a predetermined distance each other by a side board holding member 7 and the respective side boards 1b can be easily and properly positioned in assembling the upper portion of the showcase 1, because the side board holding member 7 configured to cover an upper surface of a commercial product accommodating portion is provided under a top board 1b and fitting portions 7a arranged at both ends in a lateral direction of the side board holding member 7 are fitted on the upper end portions of the respective side boards 1b. It does not need to separately secure special parts for holding an insulation material 8, the number of parts and the number of processes can be reduced, because the insulation material 8 arranged above the commercial product accommodating portion 2 is housed between an inclined portion 7b of the side board holding member 7 and the top board 1d.
