The pushchair has three running wheels, a front wheel (1a) mounted on a main frame (2), and seat struts (3) for a seat element (4) fitting on the main frame. A push handle strut assembly (5) fits on the main frame and/or the seat struts, with the upper end constructed as a push handle (6). An auxiliary frame (8) fits on the main frame on the push handle side and upon it mounted at least one rear wheel (1c) movable in the direction of travel (9). A step board (10) is constructed on the auxiliary frame.
