PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed type thrust ball bearing capable of preventing infiltration of drilling mud or the like into the inside of the bearing and increase of a running torque, and easy to attach. SOLUTION: An interval between an outer cylindrical portion 1c of a first race 1 and an outer cylindrical portion 2c of a second race 2 is sealed by an outer seal member 7. An interval between an inner cylindrical portion 1b of a first race 1 and an inner cylindrical portion 2b of a second race 2 is sealed by an inner seal member 9. A protruding seal member 7c of the outer seal member 7 forms a labyrinth sealing portion on the side outer than a seal lip 7b, and a protruding seal potion 9c of the inner seal member 9 forms a labyrinth sealing portion on the side outer than a seal lip 9b.
