PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball pulling-out device in a game machine and a receiving plate device for the game machine capable of speedily discharging a large amount of game balls a time without leaving game balls stored in the game machine and a receiving plate by easy operation and discharging a proper amount of game balls in accordance with a progress situation of a game to allow the game to be performed continuously. SOLUTION: A second covering part 28 turns using a rotary shaft 42 as the center of turn due to the travel of a second operation part 32 onto a second abutting part 41 side. When a second ball pulling-out hole 28 is opened, a connection member 33 slides onto a first covering part 24 side using a linking part 49 as a basic point for slide, and a first covering part 24 turns using a turn shaft 36 that the first covering part 24 has as the center of turn to open a first ball pulling-out hole 23.
