PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional cleaning implement is not the best concerning the sense of beauty because the whole of it is white and that the inserting position of the handle of it is difficult to recognize because each material is white. SOLUTION: A holding sheet 1 and a base sheet 2 are formed to be white respectively, and fiber bundles included in a brush part are made of material colored in blue. By heat-sealing the holding sheet 1, the base sheet 2 and the brush part, an all-layer joining line 7 and joining lines 8 are formed, and holding spaces 20 into which the handle 21 is to be inserted is formed between the holding sheet 1 and the base sheet 2. Since the color of the colored material appears at the seal part of the all-layer joining line 7 and the joining lines 8, the positions of the holding spaces 20 become easy to distinguish and the handle 21 becomes easy to mount.
