PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid frequent reconfiguration of an ad-hoc network. SOLUTION: The ad-hoc network with at least one terminal for recording specific traffic ratio in at least a part of a terminal measured by prescribed distance, and at least one terminal to confirm whether modification of a network controller function from one terminal to another terminal is required based on the recorded traffic ratio, is provided.
