<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OTP microcontroller(One Time Programmable Micro Controller) capable of changing a program plural times. SOLUTION: When changing one part of application program (AP) areas 32 and 34 in an address space 31 of an EPROM, a program extinguishing area 33, in which one part of or all the top of such a portion to be corrected is changed into gate in a write state, is prepared and an additional correcting program area 335 to be corrected is provided. When the AP in the area 32 is run by a CPU and the area 33 is detected by a detection means 19, an interrupt signal S18 is outputted from this detection means 18 and applied to the CPU. According to an interrupt program, the CPU jumps to the area 35 and runs this program. When the correcting program is ended, according to the interruption program, the CPU returns to the area 34 and runs this program.</p> |
