The nail (10) has internal threading at the end intended for connection with a fixing screw. A means (20) is provided for fixing the radial position of a connecting sleeve in a target device relative to the nail, so that the sleeve does not rotate. An Independent claim is also included for a target device for this nail, comprising a nail fixing screw and a connecting sleeve. The screw has two axial direction jaws at the end intended for securing to the nail, the space between these jaws exposing a cross-bore (12, 14, 16, 18) in the nail when the screw is in a given position. The screw has a stop surface extending in an axial direction on its outer side. The sleeve includes components that cooperate with the stop surface when the sleeve is placed over the screw, so that the screw turns with the sleeve. Means for fixing the radial position of the sleeve relative to the nail are also provided in the sleeve.
