<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance quality of salted boiled unshelled eggs and increase amount of treated eggs per hour in a production. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing salted boiled unshelled eggs includes processes for generating dew on raw unshelled eggs, forcedly blowing cooling air to surfaces of eggs after boiling the eggs, controlling a temperature and a concentration of a cooling salted water tank and agitating salted water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
