<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laser welding equipment which is simplified and in which equipment components are joined at an appropriate position. <P>SOLUTION: The laser welding equipment 1 includes component holding means 13 and 15 which respectively hold components to be welded, a laser irradiation means 20 with which the part to be welded of the components is irradiated with a laser beam, a stress detection means 30 which detects the stress generated in the components when the components are held with the component holding means, and a stress correction means 40 with which the components are irradiated with the laser beam for correction so that the stress existing in the components after welded becomes the stress at the appropriate position by comparing reference stress data which are the stress data given by the stress detection means when the components are positioned at the appropriate position before welded and stress data after welded which are the stress data given by the stress detection means after the components are welded with the laser irradiation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
