PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside diameter machining tool which enhances the discharging property and flow property of cutting oil or scrapes by securing two paths thereof, and does not reduce the rigidity of a small diameter bar- shaped part. SOLUTION: The small diameter bar-shaped part 3 includes a column-shaped shank 3a and an cutting edge part 4 formed at the end of the shank. One end of a cutting edge ridge 7 provided at this cutting edge part 4 is protruded on the side of the shank 3a and a notch plane 8 is formed on the opposite peripheral surface 5 to the side on which the one end of the cutting edge ridge 7 is protruded in the small bar-shaped part 3, the notch plane extending in the longitudinal direction of the small diameter bar-shaped part 3.
