PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit which can realize reliable cover mounting and realize less slip-out with an inexpensive cover. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit unit is designed to hook a cover 6 by means of a stopping member 4 mounted to a circuit substrate 1 to mount the cover 6 to the substrate 1. Thus, when compared with the prior art, its mounting force becomes strong, the cover 6 can be avoided from slipping out from the circuit substrate 1, and mounting to the substrate thereafter can be realized without any trouble.
