PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is free from the fear of generating noxious gas in incineration, excellent in complicated molding processability and adhesion properties to another thermoplastic resin sheet, good in printability to a pattern layer or the like and can obtain a decorative laminate having an excellent design property. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 11 comprises a substrate layer 12 and a coating layer 13 laminated on at least one side of the substrate layer 12 and is≤10% in the total luminous transmittance. The substrate layer 12 is formed by a polyester resin component comprising a polyester of≥50°C in glass transition temperature and a white inactive grain of 3-30 wt.%. The coating layer 13 is formed by a polyester resin component of which the main component comprises a dicarboxylic component having telephthalic acid as a main component, a polyester resin wherein a glycol component comprising ethylene glycol of 90-10 mol% and 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol and white inactive grain of 0-30 wt.%.
