PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device enabling replacement of a processing tool with machines the same in kind but manufactured by different makers. SOLUTION: A device (1) for rotating and machining the web or sheet material in at least one workstation for replacing the web or sheet material is arranged in a machine (2) for producing a package by cylindrical tools (10 and 11) arranged in at least one cassette (7) and rotated by a drive device (40) equipped with a motor (42). In the device, the cassette (7) is placed in a removable application cassette (20), the application cassette (20) is attached to the drive device (40) arranged on the application cassette (20).
