PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that both end parts of the slide fastener of a plastic case are thinly fusion bonded or expanded outwardly in a sheetlike form and the expanded flashes are caught by soft clothing or the like or the end parts of the fastener impinge against the clothing or the like to cause pain or damage. SOLUTION: A mold is equipped with a cutting mold for cutting the fusion- bonding region in the width direction of the slide fastener fixed to a base frame mold and the upper part of a plastic sheet so as to provide rounded parts to the corner parts of them, a fusion bonding region fixing mold for fusion-bonding the fusion-bonding region of the inside of the cutting mold, an inside fixed mold for fusion-bonding the fusion bonding extended region in the cutting mold and the fusion-bonding region, the main fixed mold fixed to the base frame mold for fusion-bonding the fastener region and the fusion-bonding extended region so as to leave a constant interval around the cutting mold, the fusion- bonding region fixing mold and the inside fixed mold and a movable mold inserted in the constant interval along with the base frame mold in a movable manner.
