PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly replace a punch pin without removing a punch head. SOLUTION: The punch head 22 is supported by the punch base 21 of a punch unit 7, and raised and lowered to a punching position and a waiting position by an air cylinder 24. The output shaft 36 of a hammer mechanism 29 is inserted to the punch head 22, and the punch pin is assembled to the lower end of the output shaft 36 to be removable to a die 12 side. A cap 39 for preventing the floating of a work is assembled to the lower end part of the punch head 22 to be removable to the die 12 side, and a work transferring fine clearance is formed between the cap 39 and the die 12 in punching. The punch unit 7 is raised to a pin replacing position by an air cylinder 17, and the cap 39 is removed to replace the punch pin 28. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
