PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful method for manufacturing an aluminum or an aluminum alloy sheet which has good formability, especially excellent deep drawability equal to low carbon steel and displays good delayed aging property at normal temperature as necessary. SOLUTION: When manufacturing the aluminum or the aluminum alloy sheet by the cold or warm rolling of the aluminum or the aluminum alloy, a prescribed thickness is made by performing lubricant-free cold or warm rolling under reduced pressure and, next, recrystallization annealing is performed.
