PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a coating device for a long period of time well, to enhance a working efficiency for coating an adhesive, to reduce a manufacture cost, to uniformly coating an object to be adhered having a complex shape and to stably obtain high adhesion strength. SOLUTION: When an adhesion surface of the object to be adhered is coated with the water base adhesive, a coating tool constituting a coating part by a soft foam is used. After this coating part is impregnated with the water base adhesive, the coating part abuts to the adhesion surface. Thereby, this adhesion surface is coated with the impregnated water base adhesive.
