<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cornea endothelial cell analyzer, which is a help to grasp the function exhibit level and its change of cornea endothelial cell. <P>SOLUTION: This cornea endothelial cell analyzer has a photographing system 2 for photographing a cornea endothelial cell image, an analyzing means 8 for at least calculating the average area of cornea endothelial cells existing in a designated area from the photographed cornea endothelial cell image and an analysis result recording means 9 for recording the average area value which is the calculation result of the analyzing means 8.
