摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an airtight assembly by fusion-bonding a metal member and a resin member or resin members by heating a surface to be fusion-bonded by irradiating the same with a laser beam. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam is transmitted through a laser transmissive resin to irradiate the laser absorbent material being in contact with the laser transmissive resin to generate heat in the laser absorbent material. The laser transmissive resin and the laser absorbent material are melted by this heat. The different parts of them are successively melted and cured by moving the irradiated spots with the laser beam. The upper part 216 of a case 202 is made of a laser absorbent resin and the lower part 218 thereof is made of a laser transmissive resin. The case 202 is fixed on a laser absorbent housing 200 and a laser irradiation position is moved at an equal speed over one round along the side wall 206 of the case 202 while irradiating a contact surface 268 with a laser beam from the oblique upper direction of the outside of the case 202 to fusion-bond the case 202 and the housing 200. A lid 204 made of the laser transmissive resin is fixed on the case 202 and fusion-bonded to the case 202 by irradiating the lid 204 with the laser beam from the region above a contact surface 272. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
