REMOVAL METHOD FOR CHLORINE CONTAINED IN SOLID MATTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal method for chlorine contained in a solid matter, capable of efficiently removing chlorine contained in the solid matter such as carbon reutilized as fuel and capable of enhancing the quality of the solid matter. SOLUTION: The chlorine-containing solid matter and a washing liquid are put in an autoclave 10 to be held to a pressurized high temperature state. Chlorine contained in the solid matter is eluted to the washing liquid while stirring the mixture of the solid matter and the washing liquid put in the autoclave to remove chlorine in the solid matter from the solid matter.
