PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a medal putting-out section of a medal guide nozzle within a fixed range. SOLUTION: A rotation adjusting member 22 is provided in the root side vicinity of a medal guide section 12a. When a slot machine 13 and a medal lending machine 10 are installed in an island of a game parlor, the tip of a width adjusting section 23a butts against the side of the slot machine 13. A nozzle pressing section 23c projects into a lending machine body 11. The tip of the nozzle pressing section 23c presses the medal guide section 12a and rotates counterclockwise the medal guide nozzle 12. The medal putting-out section 12c fits within a fixed range.
