SOLUTION: Two front and rear latch legs parts 14A, 14B, which are extended downward by keeping an interval between front and rear connecting parts 13A, 13B and front and rear mounting legs parts 12A, 12B and whose tip parts come into contact with the front edge and the rear edge of the board 61 of the heat sink 6 are installed at the clip 1.
