<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a hydrophilic member being hard to contaminate wherein a hydrophilic resin layer without cracks can be formed on the surface of a base material and whereby a hydrophilic member is produced which maintains its hydrophilic property outdoors as well, thus making the contamination on the surface easily washable by rain water or the like, and displays a favorable self-cleaning property for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, after applying a hydrophilic resin composition on a transfer base material, a thermally fusible resin composition is applied on the surface of the coating film, and thus, a transfer sheet is manufactured. Then, under a state wherein the thermally fusible resin layer of the transfer sheet and a base material are superposed, heat and pressure are applied, and then, the transfer base material is peeled. Thus, this hydrophilic member is manufactured by transfer-forming the thermally fusible resin layer and the hydrophilic resin layer on the base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
