PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embossed film having a high transparency wherein an embossed irregular surface can be easily and cheaply formed only on one surface. SOLUTION: The embossed film 5 has an irregular pattern layer 4 on a transparent backing 1. The irregular pattern layer 4 comprises a binder resin 2 and a resin bead 3. The binder resin 2 contains an epoxy resin, and an addition amount of the resin bead 3 is 1-50 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the binder resin. A thickness (a) of the irregular pattern layer is set to 10-60% in an average grain size of the resin bead 3 to constitute the embossed film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
