PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing/drying machine which can dry clothes in a comparatively short time even at a comparatively low temperature, and also, can heat water which is fed into a tank at a low running cost, and at the same time, can be used for other purposes other than washing. SOLUTION: This washing/drying machine (K) is equipped with a tank (3) for housing laundry, an agitating device (4) for agitating laundry, a suction port (11) which sucks air into the tank, a discharging port (14) which discharges the air sucked in from the suction port into the tank again through an air passage (16), a blower (17) which feeds air into the air passage, a condenser (21) and a heat radiator (22) which are arranged in the air passage, a water- feeding duct (40) which feeds water into the tank, and an external hot water- feeding pipe (50) which feeds hot water to the outside while being branched from the water-feeding duct. Also, in the water-feeding duct, a water-feeding second heat-exchanging unit (42) is provided. A refrigerating cycle is equipped with a water-feeding first heat-exchanging unit (36) which heats water by heat- exchanging with the water-feeding second heat-exchanging unit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
