PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical oxygen concentrator for portable applications which is made safely operative immediately when a patient needs oxygen. SOLUTION: The medical oxygen concentrator comprises at least means for enriching the oxygen from air by electric driving and electricity supply source, in which the electricity supply source is a fuel battery to generate electricity by supplying an aqueous fuel solution mixed with fuel containing a hydrogen element to a fuel electrode side and supplying the air to an oxygen electrode side.
