PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger for heating and drying clothes with which dust and pollen can also be removed. SOLUTION: This hanger is covered with a covering cloth by utilizing wind pressure, vibration, and a heating element to thermally insulate/seal the inside of the covering cloth of the hanger.
