PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a developing device preventing the leakage of developer, an image forming apparatus having the developing device and a computer system. SOLUTION: The developing device has: a storing container in which the developer is stored and at one part of which an aperture is formed; a developer carrying roller provided to rotate around a rotary shaft in a state its peripheral surface faces the aperture; and a sealing member provided in a gap between the developer carrying roller and the aperture so as to prevent the leakage of the developer. In the device, a vent to regulate the passage of the developer while allowing the passage of air to the inside and the outside of the storing container is provided on a wall along the rotary shaft of the storing container.
