PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an adapter main body by preventing a cover member through which a strap string is inserted from coming off. SOLUTION: The adapter for photography 10 has the adapter main body 20 incorporating a tele-conversion lens. The main body 20 has a rear cover 21 through which the strap string 22 is passed. A locking part 50 is provided on the cover 21 and is locked with a part to be locked 53 provided in the main body 20.
