摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual image removing device with enhanced reliability of virtual image removal. SOLUTION: This device comprises direction measuring instruments 20 for measuring the incoming direction of a radio wave from a radio-wave emission source, communication device 21 for transmitting measurement results, and a control/display device 25 for receiving the measurement results from the instruments 20, signal-processing them, and thereafter displaying the position of the emission source on a map. The device 25 comprises a CPU (central processing unit) part 23 working under program control, a display part 22 for displaying the measurement results, and a recording part 24 for recording the measurement results. In the above, an emitted radio wave or an object of measurement is measured by at least two of the instruments 20 from spots different from each other, measurement data is received by the device 25 to display the position of the object. This device 25 measures an intersection point corresponding to the object and estimated radio-wave emission intensity subject to the intersection point, and determines whether the object is real or virtual based on differences of emission intensity among the instruments 20.
