PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve frequency selectivity in superficial directivity or intrinsic directivity of an incomplete return loss bridge. SOLUTION: A transmission port P1 is coupled to a test port P2 by a balun and a transmission path TL is formed. The test port is coupled to a coupling port P3 through a coupling resistor RO<SB>/</SB>K. A cancel means 12 is provided, coupled to the transmission path between the test port and the coupling port, cancels reflection energy at the coupling port due to incompleteness, and improves directivity.
