PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete means for coupling, tensioning and anchoring a prestressing steel bar of a precast concrete member. SOLUTION: A tensioning force is imparted to the prestressing steel bar 10a with a screw of a long nut coupling member 21a by using a tensioning jig 61 which is equipped with a long nut coupling member 21a for being screwed into the bar 10a and an embedded bearing plate 31 for supporting an end surface on the inside of concrete thereof, in which one end is fitted into an outer shape of the coupling member 21a, and in which a hydraulic torque wrench 62 is mounted at the other end.
