PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a space truss which is constructed by reducing the number of longitudinal and lateral chord members and diagonal members, and simplifying assembling work, etc. SOLUTION: In the space truss, the longitudinal and lateral chord members 2a, 2b of an upper grille 2, and the longitudinal and lateral chord members 3a, 3b of a lower grille 3 are formed by arranging, like grillwork, a long rod member 8 having a length twice a distance between intersection points, and connecting joint portions 8a, 8a of the other long rod members 8, 8 crossing the former rod member 8, to a central joint portion 8b of the former rod member 8. Then, the diagonal member 4a connecting the intersection points 5 of the grille 2 together, and the diagonal member 4b connecting the intersection points 6 of the grille 3 together, are each formed by arranging, like grillwork, a V-shaped bent rod member 10, and connecting joint portions 10a, 10a of the other bent rod members 10, 10 crossing the former bent rod member 10, to a central joint portion 10b of the former bent rod member 10.
