PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent warm water from jetting out of a bidet washing nozzle to a male. SOLUTION: A lock switch 38 is provided on an operating portion 30, and while this lock switch 38 is in the ON state, the controller 90 does not perform bidet washing even after receipt of a bidet washing command signal.
