PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for efficiently mixing a monomer component with a catalyst without causing the intrusion of the catalyst into the piping system of the monomer even in the case of a large volume ratio of the monomer component to the catalyst and the clogging of the introducing part of the catalyst introduced at a low flow rate. SOLUTION: The mixing apparatus is provided with a mixing block 11, a mixing chamber 20 having an ejection port 21, monomer component ejection parts 31, 32, a catalyst introducing part 40, a switching cleaning apparatus 50 having a cleaning rod 60 reciprocating between a retreated position 60R to insert the rod into the mixing chamber to open the monomer component ejection part and the catalyst introducing part with the tip end 61 to mix the monomer component with the catalyst and eject the mixed component from the ejection port 21 and a forwarded position 60F to close the monomer component ejection part and the catalyst introducing part and discharge the mixed component remaining in the mixing chamber through the ejection port, and a catalyst retention part 65 formed at a position corresponding to the catalyst introducing part of the cleaning rod at the forwarded position of the rod.
