<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejecting head having good ejecting stability without generating ink droplet irregularity in a jumping direction, a film forming unit, and an electronic appliance produced therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The ejecting head 2 for ejecting liquid droplets, comprises a nozzle plate 12 having a liquid repellent surface 23a at least in the peripheral part of a nozzle hole 18 on the front surface side.
