PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an ink-jet head, capable of certainly insulating between the electrodes in forming electrodes by a laser process, and beautifully finishing the processed surface, without a loss by short circuit between the electrodes or bonding failure with another part. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for an ink-jet head for forming an electrode in a desired pattern by forming an insulated part by a laser process in a metallic film formed on a substrate surface comprising a head chip, the laser process is executed with a condition that a laser beam is directed at least twice to the same portion of a part to be processed.
