PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary machining device of excellent practicability capable of easily achieving at a low cost both prevention of breakage of a power terminal or a feed terminal in connecting the power terminal to the feed terminal and reduction of machining time. SOLUTION: In this rotary machining device 11, a tool holder 1 to hold a tool 21 is installed, and the tool 21 is rotated to conduct work. The rotary machining device 11 is provided with a rotary part 12 where the tool holder 1 is installed and rotated. The tool holder 1 is provided with a rotation mechanism 2 to rotate the tool 21, and the power terminal 3 to drive the rotation mechanism 2. The rotary machining device 11 is provided with the feed terminal 13 to be connected to the power terminal 3. In addition, it is composed in such a way that actuation for connecting the power terminal 3 to the feed terminal 13 is conducted only after actuation for installing the tool holder 1 to the rotary part 12 is conducted.
