摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate facilities for either of dismantling work and assembling work to used products, and assembling work using new parts. SOLUTION: Two of a first arm function robot 103 and a second arm function robot 104 capable of selectively actuating for dismantling and assembling work are disposed in matrix as a unit in each process of assembling and dismantling. A necessary number of robots for production of products required for this assembling and dismantling system are actuated for assembling work, and the residual number of robots are actuated for dismantling work. The ratio of the robots to conduct assembling work to the robots to conduct dismantling work is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of robots operating in each process in such a way that assembling quantity or dismantling quantity per unit time in the processes is similar in case the processes are largely different in tact time.
