SOLUTION: A rear end portion 152 of the cutter 150 is formed with a tapered portion 153... that gradually increases in outside diameter toward an rear end side in a direction of an axis O and forms a part of an outer surface of a nearly conical body. A mounting hole 111 is formed with a tapered portion 112... that gradually increases in inside diameter toward the rear end side in the axis O direction and forms a part of an inner surface of a nearly conical hole. A pressing bolt 120 is screwed into a tool body 110, and a rear end face 150A is pressed by a front end face 120A of the pressing bolt 120.
