<p>A method of highly accurately and conveniently identifying a phosphoprotein which comprises subjecting a sample protein to two-dimensional electrophoresis; dephosphorylating the sample protein with phosphatase; performing two-dimensional electrophoresis again; and then detecting and identifying a spot having migrated toward the alkaline side on the electrophoretic pattern after the dephosphorylation as a phosphoprotein.</p> |
