PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air self-feed type rotary cutting tool capable of effecting blast by itself along with rotation of a tool and feeding air to the vicinity of a cutting edge. SOLUTION: In a tool body 1, a blase 7 is formed that a notch 6 is formed in an outer peripheral part on the rear end side of a cutting edge chip 2 and its remaining part effects the action of blast toward a tip. Wind created through rotation of a tool is fed in a connecting groove 10 recessed in the tip surface of the tool body through an air hole 8. Further, since the connecting groove 10 is formed in a manner to communicate with one end of a chip pocket 5, air is blown out from the tip of the chip pocket 5 toward the rear end thereof through a ventilation passage formed between a work material 11 and the chip pocket during cutting and discharge of chips and cooling of the cutting edge are carried out.
